A Note from Linda...

Hello, dear friends! 

    As fate would have it, I entered this world on my mother’s twentieth birthday. My childhood was beautifully enriched by Mamma and the love and wisdom of my Grammy—a remarkable immigrant with a soft voice and an even stronger spirit. Though she once graced the stages of opera in her homeland, she dedicated her life to working in a factory here in America to provide for her two children. What truly captivated me about her was her visionary outlook. I’ll never forget the thrill of her words as she described me as a beautiful butterfly, flitting through the world, eager to embrace every experience life had to offer. 

    And oh, how right she was! My adventurous spirit ran deep. Just eighteen months into my life, I gave my poor Mama quite the scare when I mistook Drain-O for candy and swallowed those dangerous blue crystals. It was nothing short of a miracle that I recovered fully, leading many to attribute my survival to the power of prayer, faith, and divine intervention. 

    Through grace and serendipity, I realized that life is a journey filled with unexpected turns, enriching our stories if we listen with both our ears and our hearts. This epiphany struck me in my late forties, after moving coast to coast with my husband and raising our incredible children. Encouraged by a dear friend who recognized the storyteller in me, I decided to pour my heart into writing. Fast forward to today, and I’m still riding this exhilarating wave as an author, screenwriter, and publisher, eagerly anticipating the adventures awaiting me. Writing has transformed into my passion, my sanctuary—a way to articulate the kaleidoscope of experiences that have shaped who I am. Every word I pen carries pieces of my heart, reflecting joy, struggles, and an unwavering faith in love and perseverance. My hope is that through my stories, I inspire others to pursue their own happy endings and celebrate the beauty in life’s thrilling unpredictability. 

    The characters I weave into my narratives are more than just creations of my imagination; they embody the strength, courage, and resilience I've witnessed in my own life and in those close to me. Each story serves as a tribute to the unbreakable human spirit and a beacon of hope for brighter tomorrows.
